General Laborer – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Assist with production, assembly, or packaging of wire and metal products
- Load and unload parts, operate basic machinery, and monitor product flow
- Perform visual inspections for defects and maintain quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and report issues to supervisors as needed
General Laborer – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new tasks
- Team-player attitude with attention to detail and quality
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
