2nd Shift MIG Welder (Temp-to-Hire) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Perform MIG welding on wire and light-gauge metal components
- Follow blueprints and welding instructions to produce accurate, clean welds
- Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and weld consistency
- Operate grinders, clamps, and other shop tools as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work area while adhering to company safety protocols
2nd Shift MIG Welder (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications:
- MIG welding experience required (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools
- Must pass a hands-on weld test
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
