CNC Setup/Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision wire and metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurement tools
- Load raw materials, select tooling, and input or adjust program settings as needed
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machine operations, make offsets/adjustments, and ensure part accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform basic preventative maintenance
CNC Setup/Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications:
- Previous CNC machine operation and setup experience required (1+ years preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measurement tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of feeds, speeds, and offsets
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
