2nd shift Metals ProductionOperator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 05:00pm to05:00am )
- Operate furnaces, induction heaters, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
- Handle raw materials and feed them into process equipment.
- Perform sampling and basic lab tests to ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate production logs and follow SOPs.
- Assist with cleaning, inspections, and minor equipment maintenance.
- Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
2nd shift Metals ProductionOperator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attendance record.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Comfortable in high-temperature/industrial environments.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
